Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase from the Lumalyn online store (“Lumalyn”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos, renders and the interactive 3D preview are for illustration; colours and designs on your device or in the app may look slightly different.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any listed discounts. You are charged the amount and currency shown at checkout. Depending on your country, prices may include VAT; import duties, where they apply, are explained in our Shipping Policy. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Orders

An order is accepted once we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

4. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery, returns, refunds and the 2-year warranty are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Safe use

Use the lights as described in the included instructions. The lights are IP44 splash-resistant: keep the USB plug and adapter dry and sheltered. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification or water entering the USB connection.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Questions? Email contact@lumalyn.store.
